Get ready.

Use the inverted position with one paper and one metal filter, rinsed. Put 110 g of 94°C water in the server before brewing; add the coffee and tare the brewing scale.

Stir for 15 seconds, then agitate for a further 10 seconds.
When ready · Turn and press
At 1:15 elapsed, secure the cap, turn onto the server and press for about 30 seconds. Follow your equipment’s handling instructions.
When ready · Serve
The extraction joins the 110 g of water already in the server. Remove the brewer and serve.
