Fit a paper filter in the Flow Control cap. Put the brewer on a sturdy server and add the coffee.

Grind: Coarse/very coarse; Comandante 40–45 clicks

Water: 85 °C

Dilution water: 100–150 g · keep separate from brewing water

Remove the brewer and add 100–150 g water to taste.
