Before you start

Get ready.

Fit two paper filters in the Flow Control cap. Prepare 70 g of 50°C bypass water in the server, then place the brewer over it, add the prepared coffee and tare the scale before adding brewing water.

Grind: Comandante Trailmaster X25 Tigershark: 31 clicks; sift at 200 μm

Water: 84 °C
